I'll reactivate 500 of your dormant patients in 5 days. Bookings drop right into your calendar.
A done-for-you AI campaign that texts and calls your inactive patients, books returns, and saves you a five-figure recovery month — without you lifting a finger.
Average campaign: 12–18 booked return appointments. Pay and the onboarding form hits your inbox in 60 seconds.
Hi, I'm Greg.
My system reaches out to your dormant patients — the ones who haven't booked in 6+ months — reconnects with them by text and short voice call, and books them right back into your calendar. You don't make a single call. You don't write a single text. The first booked appointment usually drops in within 48 hours.
If you're like most spa owners I work with, you have hundreds of patients sitting in your CRM who you'd love to bring back. You just don't have time to text them. You don't want to be the person who calls the same client three times. And you're tired of paying a monthly marketing tool that sends a generic "we miss you" email to everybody.
I built this because I watched too many spa owners leave $50K–$70K of recoverable patient revenue on the table every year. The patients are there. The relationships are there. The reason they didn't come back is usually as small as "I keep meaning to schedule, it just hasn't happened." A warm, well-timed text and a friendly voice follow-up is all it takes.
Here's what you get
$399 one-time passor $299/mo for continuous reactivation campaigns
Up to 500 patients inactive 6+ months
5 days from CSV upload to final report
1 AI voice call + up to 4 personalized texts
Booked appointments in your calendar in real time+ private Slack feed of every reply + final pipeline report
5 booked return appointments minimumor I re-run the entire campaign for free
5 booked appointments guaranteed — or I re-run free
Average campaign delivers 12–18 booked return appointments per 500-patient pass. The 5-booking floor is conservative. I've never had to re-run. If I miss it, the next campaign is entirely on me.
The math on a single pass
Based on 12 booked visits × $400 average ticket. Worst case at the 5-booking guarantee floor × $300 avg ticket = $1,500 recovered on $399 spent — a 3.7× return. And 30–50% of returning patients become repeat customers, so the lifetime value lift runs far higher than the first visit.
How it works — 5 days, start to finish
You drop in your patient list
Upload the inactive-patient CSV from Boulevard, Mindbody, Aesthetics Pro, Vagaro — wherever you book. Takes 5 minutes. We hop on a 15-min onboarding call where you tell me your spa's voice (warm, professional, playful) and confirm the offer to lead with: "spring openings," "10% off return visit," whatever fits your model.
The campaign runs
Day 1, ~10am local: AI calls each patient, leaves a friendly voicemail referencing your spa by name. Two hours later: a warm, personalized text references their last service. Replies route to a smart AI conversation handler that talks naturally, answers questions, and books appointments directly into your calendar. Anyone who doesn't reply gets a second gentle text 48 hours later.
Friendly nudge for the quiet ones
Patients who still haven't responded get a short voice call from the AI assistant. She introduces herself as part of your team, mentions it's been a while since their last visit, and offers to book them in. If they're interested, she books on the spot. If they want to think about it, she sends a follow-up text — logged in your Slack feed.
Final touch, full report
Final touch text to anyone who hasn't engaged. Campaign closes. You get a clean report: total reach, replies, booked appointments, and the dollar value of your recovered pipeline — booked visits × your average ticket.

FAQ
What if my patients hate texts from random numbers?
The text comes from a number geo-matched to your area code. The message references your spa by name and their last visit date — it reads as personal, not a blast. I also send a pre-warm email from your address 24–48 hours before launch asking patients to save the number. That single step lifts inbox placement materially.
What if a patient replies STOP?
They're permanently removed from outreach across all my campaigns. I take compliance seriously. You won't get angry calls.
My CRM export is a mess. Is that a problem?
I clean it. Your only job is to drop the export into a shared folder. I handle dedupes, missing fields, and patient classification.
What about HIPAA?
I work from a minimal patient record — first name, phone number, last service date, last service type — for the duration of the campaign, then delete it 30 days after completion. No PHI stored. If your spa is medical-supervised with stricter compliance requirements, we'll scope that before signing.
Can I control what the AI says?
Yes. Voice, tone, and offer are all configurable. I'll send you a preview script before any messages go out. You sign off before launch — nothing runs without your approval.
Why is it only $399?
It's an obvious-yes price. Five booked visits at your average ticket easily 4–10x's the spend. Most clients re-order monthly because the dormant pile rebuilds every month — I'd rather you get hooked on results than pay a big upfront fee.
What if it doesn't produce results?
I re-run the entire campaign for free. I'd rather earn your trust on round 2 than issue a refund — which is what every other agency does because they hate the actual work. I've never had to re-run.
Are you personally texting hundreds of people?
No. That's the whole point. I built an AI system that handles the outreach — but it's not the spammy garbage you might be imagining. Every message is personalized, conversational, and warm. The AI is good enough that most patients don't realize they're talking to one until I tell them.
Questions before you buy?
Text or email me directly. I personally answer every message. Want a 15-min Zoom before committing? Book one below.
P.S. If you've ever paid $1,500/mo for an "agency" that sent generic email blasts and produced four bookings, I get it. This is the opposite of that. One project, one fixed price, real results, no contract. If round one doesn't pay for itself, you don't run round two. Simple.
