FAQ

Will my clients be annoyed getting a call from a number they don't recognize?

Two things prevent that. First, you send a quick email 24-48 hours before launch asking your clients to save the number — about 10-20% do, and those clients see the messages in their main inbox immediately. Second, the voice call with a friendly voicemail comes before the text — so by the time the SMS arrives, the number is already in their phone history. The message also references their existing policy and your agency name, so it feels like a call from your office checking in.

What if a client says STOP?

They're permanently removed from outreach across all my campaigns. I take this seriously. You won't get angry calls.

What about TCPA?

You have an established business relationship with every client on the list — that's the consent basis under TCPA for renewal-related outreach. We use Toll-Free Verified numbers registered under your agency name, follow CTIA best practices, and honor STOP instantly. We don't text strangers, only your existing book.

What if my AMS export is messy?

I clean it. Your only job is to drop the export into a shared folder. I handle dedupes, missing fields, opt-out scrubbing, and field mapping.

Can I customize what the AI says?

Yes. Voice, tone, and lead-with offer are all configurable. I'll send you a preview script before any messages go out, and you sign off before launch.
