The campaign runs

What if my old leads don't remember me?
The voicemail and SMS reference your specific business name and the project they got quoted for ("about your roofing quote from a few months back"). Most homeowners remember. The few who don't either reply asking a clarifying question — which gets answered cleanly — or don't engage, same outcome as never reaching them.
Will my customers be annoyed?

What if I lost to a competitor I don't know about?
